Center for any person, small company or corporation in need of the services it offers. The agency delivers employment, training assistance, job preparation, specific life and career skills for eligible adult and dislocated workers residing in
Southern Nevada. Since 1996, CHR, Inc. has helped hundreds of Nevadans with transitional housing, utility assistance, childcare and transportation & food vouchers. These direct services are available to our clients that are eligible for our program. We also assist them with other supportive services based on their individual needs.
The goal of CHR Inc. is to produce employees and clients that are the best in the business. We are dedicated to ensuring that every employee and client is fully equipped with the necessary training and tools they need in order to be successful in every aspect of the business. We are committed to becoming one of the premiere service providers. We are determined to uphold a standard of excellence.

Our vision is to establish a low income housing development entitled, “Phebe’s Homes” and to continue supplying employment & training services to the community throughout Southern Nevada.
